Fox Body Fitness provides its clients with the flexibility to schedule check-in appointments to fit around their busy schedule.
These check-in appointments are designed for our clients and their coach to review progress, discuss successes and challenges, and make appropriate adjustments to training, nutrition, and lifestyle habits.
Clients are responsible for booking their own check-in appointments and are encouraged to plan ahead when selecting an available time using the booking calendar.
Check-ins may be scheduled:
Up to 21 days in advance
No less than 12 hours in advance
NOTE: Check-in appointment frequency is determined by your selected service package.
